Training courses from the project TrainBayes

In the project TrainBayes, we have developed four training courses, with which Bayesian reasoning can be improved. In the training material, the aspects performance and covariation are addressed. The following four different versions of the training courses, mainly differ with respect to the visualization, which is used within the training courses:

1. Training course: Double-tree is used as a visualisation
2. Training course: Unit square is used as a visualisation
3. Training course: Probability tree diagram is used as a visualisation
4. Training course: Frequencies are used as a helpful strategy, but without using the visualization

By clicking on any of the training methods above, you can access a simulation with the respective representation.

These four training courses have been developed for students from law and medicine. The material on the aspect performance is implemented statically and can be accessed by the following links:

Original (German) training courses for medicine (link to an open repository)

Translated (English) training courses for medicine (link to an open repository)

Original (German) training courses for law (link to an open repository)

The material on the aspect covariation is implemented dynamically in form of explanatory videos. You can access the original (German) videos for medicine here:
